FREE HIV/Hepatitis C testing EVERYDAY at Huntridge Family Clinic

Northern Nevada HOPES, a federally qualified health center,  is conducting a survey to learn about access to HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). The responses from this survey will be used to inform strategies to increase PrEP use in Nevada. 

 

This survey is completely voluntary and anonymous, and you may stop at any time. The questions you will be asked include what you know about PrEP, any barriers experienced, and ideas you have to increase awareness. 

The survey will only take about 5-7 minutes to complete. You must be 18 years or older to participate. If you complete the survey, you will have an opportunity to enter for a drawing to win a $25 Visa gift card.
