TEMPORARY OFFICE HOUR CHANGE FOR OCTOBER
Dear Community and Clinic family;
For the month of October, we are adjusting our office hours. This temporary adjustment is ONLY for October, and regular office hours are set to resume on November 1, 2019. This temporary change is due to our providers out of town lecturing schedule and an upcoming holiday.
Please note we will have limited or no clinical services on the following dates:
October 4, 2019 Business as usual.
OCTOBER 11, 2019 Closed: in honor of National Coming Out Day and The Las Vegas Pride Festival and Parade
October 18, 2019 Limited services: blood draw, injection, refills, testing
October 25, 2019 Limited services: blood draw, injection, refills, testing
November 1, 2019 BUSINESS AS USUAL.
As always, our staff are available to answer questions. Our provider is also available to provide consultation and evaluation via our remote presence program.
